It was great. Would've been better if the lack of sound system was communicated upfront before booking, as renting one became an additional expense. However they did very well to help make my event a success and even upgraded my room to a suite, which was wonderful. I enjoyed my stay.

Our wedding at the Snug was amazing. The events team were responsible for the planning and they did a fantastic job. All teams were amazing. The day was marvelous.
